Mayflower sailing dinghy

There were 100 wooden Mayflower sailing dinghies built by Skentlebery in Plymouth over the years, but unfortunately all the patterns and templates were destroyed in a fire in the nineties. We are searching for a surviving dinghy ‘in good shape’ to copy so that we are in a position to build them once again. These lovely little 14 foot dinghies were very popular around the Plymouth area, and it would be great to see some new ones on the water. ‘Ideal for teaching the grandchildren to sail’

Please drop me an email or give me a call if you have an interest in a Mayflower sailing dinghy, (no obligation at all) new or second hand, as I am trying to get an idea of the interest out there before I commit my time and money into building a new boat!!  Thanks, Marcus
